It's also worth being honest that consistency itself can be the hardest part for an ADHD brain, and that's not a character flaw. If keeping food in the house or remembering to eat during a hyperfocus session is the real barrier, solving for that, batch prepping on a lower-energy day, setting a recurring phone reminder, or keeping shelf-stable protein within arm's reach at your desk, matters more than any specific food choice.
